REFUNDS

Due to the customization of the jewelry all sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or damaged Oysters
  • Pearls

 

WARRANTY

Our warranty policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Defective items can be returned with this form:

  • We only replace items if they are defective. Defective items will be replaced with the exact same item if unable to be repaired.  

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Our warranty repair covers ‘gently’ worn items for up to 90 days.  Posh Pearls will reset the pearl or pearls that may have come loose from mounted pieces. If the pearl is lost, Posh Pearls will replace the pearl or pearls with a similar pearl, please see warranty repair form for restrictions.

Items must be returned in jewelry boxes and a bubble envelope.  If items are damaged in transit from customer, due to poor packaging, items will not be covered under our repair warranty.  Items damaged from improper packaging will be returned to the customer as is.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WHEN ORDERING

Customers are responsible for entering and double checking their address to be sure it is correct when placing an order. Posh Pearls is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to a typo or missing information on your shipping label. Shipping labels are part of an automated system. The information input at order checkout is the information that will be printed on the shipping label. If an item is returned to our main office because of incorrect or missing information, customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Once an item is handed over to the Post Office to be mailed from Posh Pearls, the responsibility is handed over to the Post Office for proper delivery and handling. Posh Pearls is not responsible for any mishandling of items made by the Post Office or any mishandling and security of items at point of delivery. 

All claims of a lost or missing package during the delivery process should be handled with the Post Office to help track down items that were mishandled by them.
